A few more thoughts on Covid…

I’ve covered this topic extensively in the March 2021 and May 2021 editions of The Becker Report. I also touched on it again in the September 2021 issue. Unfortunately, the topic won’t go away. The following are my current thoughts:

Our government, and specifically the CDC, have a credibility problem…

  • Why don’t they tell us how many people are diagnosed with Covid as the primary ICD10 code? They give us wildly inflated numbers designed to frighten rather than inform. All along, everybody hospitalized who tested positive for Covid was a “Covid patient” without regard to whether or not Covid was a factor for their hospitalization. Anybody hospitalized for traffic accidents, gunshot wounds, poisoning, falls, etc. are “Covid patients” simply because they coincidentally tested positive.
  • Although very few people are dying of Covid (relative to the past), why don’t they tell us what preexisting conditions and comorbidities they had? Why don’t they compare and contrast the known risks that all of us live with daily such as being a traffic fatality or dying from the flu or pneumonia?
  • Why do they continue to insist that masks (other than N95) are effective when their own data shows less than two percent efficacy? (That means they’re virtually useless.) That’s not a surprise. And that’s why cloth and surgical masks are not and have never been used to stop a virus. Consider this literal mask expert at a school board meeting.
  • Why don’t they compare and contrast their “less than two percent mask efficacy” to the risks of wearing masks?

Maybe they should consider a more honest approach to encourage mask wearing: Simply explain that masks are a reminder to take Covid seriously and to take precautions. That would be a good first step to address the CDC’s credibility problem.

Should we trust the Covid Vaccines?

  • Remember this from the previous director of the CDC?: “This face mask is more guaranteed to protect me against Covid than when I take a Covid vaccine.” Since we know from the CDC’s data that masks are virtually useless (less than two percent efficacy) and the previous director of the CDC told us that masks are more effective than a vaccine, what does that tell us about the vaccines?
  • We know that the Covid vaccine was developed in whirlwind record time and without animal studies. We also know that the risk of injury from the vaccine may be greater for some people than the risk of Covid. Additionally, the long-term efficacy and safety remains unknown.
  • Covid is largely a known risk. We know that age and comorbidities increase the chances of death. We know that the survival rate for people under 30 is virtually 100 percent. We know that most people who get infected have either mild or no symptoms at all. The short term risk of the vaccine is being debated. There is no debate regarding the long term risk (3-5 years). Nobody knows.

Should we trust Governor DeWine? (Okay, that was a laugh line.)

There is a reason why a large proportion of the public believe that the CDC and Governor DeWine are incompetent. They have both repeatedly and unapologetically proven it. “We need lockdowns to flatten the curve.” We know from multiple studies that lockdowns do not and have never worked.

Insanity

Governor DeWine, as well as everybody else who continue to shove masks down our throats, don’t seem to believe that viruses spread while speaking into microphones, answering questions, or during dinner conversations. They seem to believe that viruses can only spread while you’re simply breathing or walking to your table at a restaurant. And then they wonder why we think they’re stupid and don’t trust them. Go figure.

Insanity continues as hospitals complain about being understaffed while threatening to fire employees who have made evidence based decisions not to take the risk of the Covid vaccine. Or is the understaffing concern just another in a long list of lies regarding Covid?

Speaking of credibility, what about the major media?

Most reporters that I’ve dealt with try to do a good job and usually succeed. I’m going to give you one example to help you (the media) to understand why you have credibility problems and the public doesn’t trust you: You continue to refer to people opposed to vaccine mandates as “anti-vaccine.”
Are you really that stupid? I’ve never met anybody who is “anti-vaccine.” Regardless, that’s one of many reasons why, we the people, think you’re stupid.

Afghanistan

Thoughts and prayers to our members of the military, civilians, and families who have become and/or will become victims of the Biden/Harris unconditional surrender.

Private Citizen Affidavits (PCAs)

The September and October 2020 editions of The Becker Report explains much of the detail. The 25 counties that I know of where PCAs have been filed or delivered per ORC 2935.09(D) are: Adams, Allen, Ashtabula, Belmont. Brown, Butler, Clermont, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hancock, Highland, Lake, Licking, Lorain, Marion, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Richland, Summit, Union, Warren, Washington, and Wood Counties. Only 63 more to go!
The purpose of these is to seek out a judge or prosecutor willing to perform his clear legal duty as described in ORC 2935.10(A) and either issue an arrest warrant or launch an investigation into the charges outlined in the PCA against Governor DeWine.
